Together, we will honor the rhythms of nature by engaging in practices that will direct energy back to our roots. This is the time for nourishing the inner light with intention, quiet and rituals. Join us for a weekend of yoga, meditation, forest bathing, creative play and gathering in sacred circle. Take time to slow down and fortify your roots before the rush of the holidays!

Casa Om Potomac is a luxury Yoga retreat center with exquisite Yoga-inspired design! Every room comes with a private bath. There is limited space to maintain ease and serenity. Vegan and vegetarian nourishment is provided.

Breathe Your Biome - Silent Hike

Join Aly MacLatchy & Ileana Gonzalez for this FREE event! Our human health is completely dependent on the rich variety of other than human life that we take in and support. Let's hike in silence to more reverently connect to the earth and to breathe diversity into our microbiome to empower our health! 

We will meet at the Ravens Rock Trailhead in Bluemont, VA at 9:00 AM and hike a section of the Appalachian Trail to a beautiful overlook in silence. The hike is rated moderate to strenuous in certain stretches so please plan accordingly. Bring water and possibly a snack. It should take a total of 4-5 hours including a rest to breathe in the view.

Chakra Tea & Yoga Retreat

Join me for a nourishing and restorative day of self study and exploration. This is such a perfect time for us to gather in practice to envision and cultivate inner and outer layers of ourselves. One month before our awakening into spring at the equinox, still held by the darkness of winter and inspired by the returning of the light. This time grants us greater access to our inner landscape and the call to skillfully choose what seeds we are planting. 

Saturday February 23 from 12-5PM, I will be leading a half-day retreat at BEAUTIFUL Ballentine Farms in Waterford, VA. Join me in carving out the TIME for intentional self-reflection and refinement within the framework of the chakra system. The 7 chakras that we will explore are the main energy centers in the body that express their harmonious frequencies or imbalanced vibrations in our lives through patterns of beliefs and behaviors that manifest physically, emotionally and spiritually. We will dive in through lecture and lively discussion, journaling from specific prompts, guided contemplations and meditations, all levels yoga practices with luxurious sound bowl savasanas, and specifically formulated herbal teas for each chakra.

Tea and infused water will be provided. If you need to bring food with you please feel free to bring a light snack.
