Join us for 4 days of yoga & hiking, self-care & bodywork, & an empowering photoshoot with the brilliant Phoebe Rust amidst the beauty of nature in Great Cacapon, WV. Three Otters Eco Retreat Center offers a serene & playful space along the Potomac River for women to rewild.
It will be a week of inner & outer listening, moving, dancing, creating, sharing, loving, & celebrating. It will be a ritual space for those who want it, a nourishing break for those who need it, an enlivening space for those who long for more presence in the rhythms of their wild!

Three Otters Riverside Eco Retreat in Great Cacapon, WV
On this retreat, you will receive…
3 meals per day (including dinner on the first night & breakfast on the last day), morning & evening yoga, art - there will be open art spaces to explore at your leisure & curated nature creative projects for our adornment, human connection, quiet space, the medicine of bonfires, & a daily gift of Gratefully Rooted handmade self-care potions & LOVE.
You will have one day devoted to hiking & river romping, one devoted to massage & inner & outer self-care, and one devoted to your wild photoshoot with hair & makeup. There will be so much space for you to linger, read, forest bathe, float, slow down & be held by the land & the circle of wild women.

Hi!! I’m Aly and I LOVE facilitating spaces for women of every age & stage to gather. I’m a yoga teacher, plant lover, herbal potion maker, rhythm tender, & single mom. I thrive in the outdoors, I come alive in wholehearted conversations, & I adore teaching people to celebrate their body-homes through movement, self-care, & living earth connection.
Remembering our human place in the family of the living earth is the heart of what I offer & teach. Learning to live in rhythm with nature, as nature, is an open-ended practice of healing & wholeness.

Phoebe Rust
Hi! I’m Phoebe, a women’s empowerment photographer and community organizer! I live for facilitating spaces for women to be their authentic and whole selves. I have a studio in Leesburg, VA where I offer boudoir photography sessions, reiki, aura readings, and space for gathering. I also host local and international women’s retreats with the goal of providing space for women to reconnect to themselves.

Hi!! My name is Jeet, and I’m a hair & makeup artist based in the greater Washington DC area. I love making women feel amazing from the inside out through the conversations we have over the time we spend together & the outward enhancements I make to the natural beauty I see in every woman.
A huge pillar of my business has always been diversity - complexions, ages, ethnicities - I serve everyone with equal enthusiasm and skill. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hi, I am Ashley Campbell, Licensed Massage therapist and for the past 16 years, I have been learning and practicing a wide range of healing arts to assist people find a path of least resistance and fluidity in their bodies. I love opening new conversations between a person and their physical body to help them find a state of ease, a new level of relaxation & comfort. Whether it’s resting in stillness or through playful movement, helping people find their way to building trust and loving their bodies is one of my deepest joys.
